BELOW THE SURFACE PRISON REFORM, INC. respectfully requests the opportunity to partner with the Chaplaincy Department to implement the RESTORE Faith-Based Prison Reform and Reentry Pilot Program within your facility.
RESTORE is a structured six-to-eight-week faith-based rehabilitation program designed to support incarcerated individuals in developing spiritual maturity, personal responsibility, emotional wellness, healthy relationships, workforce readiness, and successful reentry preparation. Through biblical instruction, mentoring, life-skills education, leadership development, and practical reentry planning, participants gain tools that promote positive behavioral change during incarceration and after release.
The program is designed to complement and strengthen existing chaplaincy and rehabilitation services by providing structured opportunities for spiritual growth, character development, accountability, and personal transformation. Participants engage in guided discussions, practical exercises, and faith-based instruction that encourage healthier decision-making, improved self-awareness, and greater responsibility for future outcomes.
All program activities are implemented in partnership with facility administration and chaplaincy leadership and are conducted in accordance with institutional policies, security procedures, and operational requirements.
Through this collaborative partnership, BELOW THE SURFACE PRISON REFORM, INC. seeks to support the facility's mission of rehabilitation, restoration, and successful reintegration by helping participants build hope, purpose, discipline, and a foundation for long-term success.
